Rebecca Deurlein


Rebecca is a freelance writer and author of the book Teenagers 101 (Harper Collins), a parenting guru who loves to help parents understand their kids, and a former teacher. More importantly, she was a Girl Scout who believes those years made her into the resourceful woman she is today. Rebecca has written for Fodor’s, Better Homes & Gardens, Atlas Obscura, Huff Post, the Houston Chronicle, and multiple regional and local magazines. She has two grown children and lives in Houston, TX, with her husband and Australian Cattle dog Cooper.
