Although the official recognition of International Day of the Girl lands on October 11, we celebrate girls and the women they become all year at CircleAround, believing that inspired girls become inspiring women, who in turn inspire girls to become inspiring women.

Sharing our stories is how we empower, inspire, and elevate one another. So join us as we amplify the voices and conversations that open roads for all girls and women to create the lives we want for ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world.

Where gaps in opportunity and justice exist, there isn’t a power quite like that of the girls — and the women who support them — who are taking matters of their minds and hearts into their own hands as they build and pave the way for themselves and for all other girls and women.

Read on for inspiring stories from this year’s class of newly minted Gold Award Girl Scouts, the crème de la crème, who are changing the world.
