Our Pledge on Diversity and Inclusion

At CircleAround, we believe women’s voices must be heard and respected.

For too long, women’s voices — particularly those from Black and other communities of color — have been silenced or marginalized. And while progress has been made for some, that progress must come for all, and faster. CircleAround aims to be a place for all women to be heard.

We endeavor to produce uplifting, thought-provoking, and useful content to help women create the lives they want for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Further, as we grow and expand, we pledge to:

  • Ensure our content includes a diversity of voices representing a wide and inclusive range of women across races, religions, ethnicities, economic status, geographic locations, sexual orientations, and abilities.

  • Bridge differences between us by focusing on what unites us.

  • Hire contributors and employees who represent the women we serve, with regards to their backgrounds, viewpoints, and human experiences.

  • Create content and events focused on diversity and inclusion.

In the coming months, we’ll share more information on an advisory group to guide us on this work. In the meantime, we want to hear your voice, and your feedback.

We’re here to listen. We aim to inspire. Reach us here.
