Monday, May 24, 2021 | 7:00pm-8:00pm ET
Setting Long-Term Career Goals and Working Toward Them will feature Rebecca Jarvis, Chief Business, Economics, and Technology Correspondent at ABC News, in conversation with an inspiring panel: Rhonesha Byng, Founder and CEO, Her Agenda, Anne Chow, CEO, AT&T Business, and Ann Shoket, Founder, New Power Media; CEO, TheLi.st. While the pandemic upended the best-laid plans of many women, giving yourself permission to dream — and build plans around that dream — can provide a much-needed dose of hope and optimism for the future. We'll discuss how to set measurable, achievable goals and set intentions so you can capitalize on opportunities and build your future.

Wednesday, May 26, 2021 | 7:00-8:00pm ET
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Kate Snow, Senior National Correspondent at NBC News, will moderate a discussion about Taking Charge of Your Well-being. The event, hosted in collaboration with Aetna, a CVS Health Company, features: Dr. Deepika Chopra, Optimism Doctor®️️ and Founder, Things Are Looking Up™️,  Dr. Deborah Fernandez-Turner, Psychiatrist and Medical Director, Aetna, and Dr. Pooja Lakshmin, Psychiatrist and Author, “Empowered” (Random House, 2023). During this time of unprecedented challenges and stress, the conversation will address how to prevent burnout when the lines between work and home are blurred, and evaluate your own well-being. We’ll also discuss how to set healthy boundaries, build resiliency, and identify signs of distress in loved ones, both children and adults.

We hope you can join us for one or both events. Register now!
