Self-love is being good to yourself. If you do not know how to be good to yourself, don’t fret — you can learn. Practice loving yourself by committing to (at least) one small act of self-kindness daily.

Ways to Say I Love You to Yourself:

  • Stay hydrated
  • Move your body
  • Care for your body
  • Maintain your emotional and mental health
  • Communicate your needs
  • Pat yourself on the back
  • Recognize when you need a break
  • Take a break
  • Recite positive affirmations
  • Practice self-compassion

  • Find things that bring you peace
