It’s a tough diet to cook for, which is why this brand is a godsend — particularly for those who suffer from Crohn’s or colitis. That’s why Epicured has been trusted partners with Mount Sinai Health System for four years; how they still fly below the mainstream radar is a mystery to me! Unlike the other options we’ve highlighted, its offerings are all frozen — not necessarily for convenience, but rather for intention. Apparently, berries frozen the day of harvest retain 200% more vitamin C than fresh ones eaten three days later, and vegetables like cauliflower retain 50% more antioxidants. Guess it’s time to invest in that chest freezer, if the pandemic hasn’t driven you to do so already!

Classic Dessert Themes
