Fried Rice Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 2 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • Handful of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 spring onion, sliced thin
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large wok or fry pan.
  2. Fry the bacon pieces and celery for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp.
  3. Add all the other veggies and cook until softened.
  4. Add rice, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and put in lunch box.
  6. Top with sliced hard-boiled egg.
