Fried Rice Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- Handful of cabbage, chopped
- 1 spring onion, sliced thin
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Sweet chili sauce
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large wok or fry pan.
- Fry the bacon pieces and celery for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp.
- Add all the other veggies and cook until softened.
- Add rice, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
- Remove from heat and put in lunch box.
- Top with sliced hard-boiled egg.
