While your grill heats up, mix your melted butter, lemon juice, chives, garlic, parsley, and salt.
Then, cut and clean your lobster tails by cutting halfway through the center and opening it up to expose the meat without taking it out of the shell.
Next, brush the entirety of your lobster tails with your melted butter mixture and prepare to get grilling. Start with the flesh side down on the grill for about six minutes or until it is lightly charred.
Then, flip your tails and grill for five more minutes, coating the flesh side of the tails with more butter for moisture.
Once they are done, remove them from the grill and serve with a lemon wedge.
