Healthy Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips, (you can use regular chips, but I prefer to reduce the sugar)
  • 2 very ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder

Instructions

Mash your avocados together in a bowl, then melt your chocolate chips on a double burner or in the microwave. Once the chips have reduced down, spoon them into your avocado mixture and get to stirring! You’re welcome to use a blender if you want, or just whip them together by hand.

Put the finished mixture into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set up, and put your cocoa powder on a plate for later. Roll up the chocolate mixture into 1-inch rounds, then roll them through the cocoa powder for a matte finish.
