Salmon Skewers Recipe

Salmon is a mild-flavored fish that can be incredibly light and refreshing, especially when paired with lemon. In addition to being delicious, salmon skewers are also easy and convenient to prepare.

4 Servings Prep Time: 15 minutes, Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 ½ pounds salmon, cut into cubes
  • 2 lemons, very thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 16 bamboo skewers, soaked in water 1 hour


  1. Start by slicing your salmon filet into cubes, ensuring each piece is as even as possible.
  2. Combine your olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder in a small bowl as your grill heats up.
  3. Next, start arranging your skewers by separating each piece of salmon with your thinly sliced lemon.
  4. Once your skewers are put together, coat both sides of your salmon with the olive oil and herb mixture and place them on the grill.
  5. Cook each side for about four minutes before coating with a fresh squeeze of lemon.
