Truffle Avocado Toast Recipe

This unbelievably simple and easy recipe takes a regular piece of avocado toast to the next level using the vibrant flavor of truffle oil.

2 Servings Prep Time: 5 minutes, Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 large avocado, cut in half
  • ΒΌ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. white truffle oil

Instructions

If your sourdough is not already pre-sliced, start by slicing your bread to your desired thickness. Next, toast the bread either in the oven or toaster until it is crispy but not charred. Or, if you prefer, you can grill the bread on a cast iron skillet. As the bread toasts, cut your avocado in half and then cut each half into thin slices. Once the bread is toasted, plate your bread and arrange the avocado slices across the top of each piece. Drizzle both halves with white truffle oil and a bit of salt for added flavor.
