Watermelon, Mint, and Feta Salad Recipe

But what if I told you that there was a way to level up watermelon and make it even better? Let me introduce you to Watermelon, Mint, and Feta Salad. This salad is simple, easy, and, most importantly, delicious.

The best part is that this three-ingredient recipe can be made by absolutely anyone. Buy a medium-sized watermelon, some feta, and some mint, and you’re set.

The salty feta and sweet watermelon complement each other beautifully. And the mint adds a perfect hint of flavor to make this dish a summertime favorite.

If you’re intimidated by cutting watermelon, buying pre-sliced watermelon at the grocery store is perfectly fine.

I recommend using full-fat feta for this recipe. It gives the dish more flavor, and adds a richer taste to the watermelon.

This recipe is also a great excuse to grow mint in your garden. I have a large planter of mint that grows like crazy, so this recipe is a great way to use it up.

Finally, if you love sweet salads, add some balsamic glaze to this dish. It will add even more color and flavor. You could also serve the glaze on the side.

Watermelon, Mint, and Feta Salad Recipe

Makes 4-6 Servings | 10 Minutes

Ingredients

• 1 medium seedless watermelon, cut in cubes
• 1 4-ounce block of feta or 4-ounce package of crumbled feta
• 1 large handful mint
• Optional: balsamic glaze

Arrange the watermelon on a large platter. Crumble the feta into small pieces. Evenly sprinkle feta over watermelon. Add pieces of fresh mint throughout the salad. If using balsamic glaze, drizzle sparingly over the salad or serve on the side.
