We have the power to uncomplicate our lives by doing things that make life easier. It is not easy to shift your behaviors, but shifting makes life less complicated. Choose nurturing acts that replenish your mind, body, and spirit. Create healthy habits, then practice them to replenish and nurture.

To Be Well:
  • Journal.
  • Meditate.
  • See a therapist.
  • Nurture yourself.
  • Rewrite your narrative.
  • Be present. Focus on what you want.
  • Learn how to identify your feelings.
  • Process your trauma in a safe space with safe people.
  • Acknowledge anxiety. Acknowledge depression. Embrace and treat your mental health issues.
