But entering into a whole new sphere of business is no easy task — especially when your company’s marketing and messaging have never targeted it before.

And a sudden shift to a new sector could alienate her current — and loyal — customer base.
Her coach, Mary Cravets, suggests tightening up her elevator speech and revamping her company’s messaging, from marketing material to the website.
