This post is part of a series of branded posts sponsored by BlueJeans. The focus of the series — part of a paid partnership between BlueJeans and CircleAround — is on women business owners and how they are navigating the complexities and challenges of contemporary business, from the pandemic to the economy, with a particular eye on connectivity. BlueJeans is the official video conferencing partner of CircleAround.

For Anna Welsh, the 15-year-old founder and CEO of Little Bags by Anna, her love affair with creating and innovating was apparent when she was just six years old. The precocious prodigy started out making note cards and gift tags, and thanks to a sewing machine gift from her parents, Anna began making stuffed animals by the time she was 12. She soon graduated to making bags and sewed her mother three clutches. Once Welsh’s parents realized her talent and passion was more than just a hobby, they enrolled her in an entrepreneurship program for middle to high school students, and that is how Little Bags by Anna was born.
